New Hampshire gets Labor Day wage increase – 09/01/08

Minimum wage workers in New Hampshire will receive a Labor Day present this year. In 2007 Governor John Lynch signed into law a minimum wage increase to $7.25 per hour to go into effect on September 1, 2008. The current federal rate is $6.55 per hour.
