I have a very specific skills and can get a job any place. I can make this kind of money with the skills I have at another co. I like working for AAM. I like my enviroment and the friends I have. I take pride in what I do. I like my boss and work hard to produce good products. Yes I could be replaced by a worker in China but will fight to the end to keep my job here. Solidarity matters ! Unions matter ! DID AMERICANS FORGET WHY WE HAVE UNIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE? EVERYONE WHO IS IN ANY KIND OF UNION SHOULD WALK THE PICKET LINE. WE MUST STICK TOGETHER.
