Is there a program that provides for worker training for different industry or job types? Would this program provide cost of living support or would the workers be dependent on savings and other types of support while in training and searching for the new job?

AAM will lose many great tradesmen if the strike isnt settled. I have a very specific skills and can get a job any place. I can make this kind of money with the skills I have at another co. I like working for AAM. I like my enviroment and the friends I have. I take pride in what I do. I like my boss and work hard to produce good products. Yes I could be replaced by a worker in China but will fight to the end to keep my job here. Solidarity matters ! Unions matter ! DID AMERICANS FORGET WHY WE HAVE UNIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE? EVERYONE WHO IS IN ANY KIND OF UNION SHOULD WALK THE PICKET LINE. WE MUST STICK TOGETHER. When my unemployment runs out who will even care, not AAM.
